1. What generation do you belong to?
The first chart shows the distribution of research participants based on their generational belonging. The question included the following response options:
- Gen Z (14-27 years old)
- Millennials (28-43 years old)
- Gen X (44-59 years old)
- Baby Boomers (60-78 years old)
This breakdown allows for an analysis of the age composition of the sample and helps to understand how different generations are represented within the work context examined in the research. Analyzing generational distribution is essential to identify potential differences in perspectives, training needs, and collaboration styles among colleagues of different ages.
