LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data indicated are processed by the Data Processor, in the performance of activities requested by the user, and the legal basis for processing is the express consent and/or legitimate interest of the Data Processor. This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached through hypertext links that may be published on the website, but refers to resources outside the domain of MyCo.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Navigation data
No analytics systems are used and no user navigation is recorded with third-party services.

Access data
At each access, the network server automatically downloads information about the visit. They are necessary data for the use of web services that include: IP addresses or the domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data, can be processed for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the site https://meetyourcolleague.eu/ . They persist for 5 years (2+3), as they are used for statistical and reporting purposes and made available to the project funder (EU).
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the completion and submission of forms on the websites, imply the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications. Specific privacy policies will be eventually published on the pages of the website, prepared for the provision of any additional services, or participation in specific initiatives and / or activities.

Information about the processing of personal data carried out through the social media platforms used
About the processing of personal data carried out by the operators of the Social Media platforms used by MyCo, please refer to the information rendered by them through their respective privacy policies. MyCo processes personal data provided by users through the pages of its Social Media platforms, within the scope of its purposes, exclusively to inform and to manage interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with current regulations.

Cookies and other tracking systems
Only non-persistent technical cookies are used, and they are strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the website. No third-party cookies and no cookies for user profiling are used.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA
Recipient of the collected data, as a service provider and Responsible party under Article 28 of the GDPR : www.gandi.net The data collected are also processed by the Myco project partners, who act as Data Processors as well, on the basis of specific instructions given by the Data Controller, regarding the purposes and methods of such processing. This data may be used for statistical and reporting purposes and made available in anonymous form, to the EU as a commissioning and financing body, for the timeframe of the project (2+3 years).

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Interested parties have the right to obtain from Diciannove s.c.a r.l., in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation thereof or the restriction of data processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations). RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this website is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).
