The Transnational Report on Generational Diversity involved five countries and 150 workers, aiming to provide a European overview of the current situation regarding generational differences in the workplace. This study was also conducted to support the development of the Handbook on Generational Differences to be produced within the project, in order to effectively guide its content and strategies.
The aggregated results of the closed-ended questions are available online in an interactive format, allowing immediate exploration of emerging trends. The open-ended responses were analyzed by the partners in local reports, each related to the respective country involved in the project. These reports, together with the desk research, are available for individual download.
It is important to underline that the research was not conducted by sector professionals; therefore, it may lack the ideal methodological rigor. However, it offers a truthful and realistic picture of the situation and the needs that emerged.
