Second Project Meeting in Charleville, Ireland
On July 22, 2025, we were warmly welcomed by our Irish partners, Ballyhoura Development CLG, for the second transnational meeting of the Meet Your Colleague project.
It was inspiring to see how each partner – from Italy to Portugal, Germany, Poland, and Ireland – shared their experience and perspectives, enriching this European initiative focused on generational diversity in the workplace.
The meeting’s main goal was to analyse the data collected through our research on intergenerational behaviours and attitudes across the partner countries. The results are already offering a fascinating snapshot of workplace dynamics across Europe!
Next step towards 2026: developing innovative training tools to foster inclusion and collaboration among different generations in the workplace.
